Yesteryear Village
"Florida’s rich history in your own backyard! When you walk into Yesteryear Village, you are transported to a different time. A time when schools were located in one small building and houses did not have running water...a time when people had goats, chickens, and sheep in their backyards...and a time when life was simple." Yesteryear Village
A stone archway welcomes you to Yesteryear Village, a 9-acre living history park, as you exit the S FL Fairgrounds parking lot.
This rural Florida church originally built in 1893, but later moved to Yesteryear Village has become a popular wedding venue.
This charming gazebo is the centerpiece of the historic town square. Surrounded by picnic tables, it is the perfect place to feature local musicians.
The Riddle House, built by Henry Flagler, is one of the most popular buildings at Yesteryear Village. The inside of the house is decked out in its former vintage glory all the way down to its 1930s kitchen appliances!
Yesteryear Village is quite a sight to see at night! The market lights across the town square create such a fun atmosphere. This charming 1935 one room schoolhouse originally from Loxahatchee Groves is one of my favorite buildings to tour.
You can still sit on the front porch or shop this quaint general store while you are in Yesteryear Village.
This covered pavilion will be filled with vendors during Vintage Roots Market.
